PRIVACY POLICY

Website Privacy Policy

Information provided pursuant to Article 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) for visitors of the thezenithapp.com website.

LAST UPDATED: JULY 2026

01Data controller

The controller of data collected through this website is Alessandro Campana, Via Bernardo Celentano 2, 20132 Milan (MI), Italy, VAT number 12246510965.

For any request concerning your personal data, or to exercise your rights, you can write to: calismilano@gmail.com

02Scope of this policy

This policy covers only the thezenithapp.com marketing website: its informational pages, service presentation and related content.

The ZENITH application, which requires registration, processes additional data (account details, training data, progress) and is covered by a separate privacy policy available within the application itself.

03Data collected through this website

This website does not require registration, contains no contact forms, and does not directly collect identifying data such as your name, email address or phone number.

As with any website, the systems and software procedures responsible for its operation automatically record certain browsing data (server logs): IP address, browser type and operating system, date and time of the request, requested page and referring page, if any.

This data is not used to identify visitors and is not linked to personal profiles. It is processed solely to ensure the technical operation, security and stability of the website.

04Cookies and tracking technologies

This website does not use profiling cookies, advertising cookies or analytics tools (such as Google Analytics), and does not install any cookies requiring prior user consent.

For this reason no consent banner is displayed, as there is no processing subject to consent under applicable law.

Should measurement or marketing tools be introduced in the future, this policy will be updated and an appropriate consent mechanism will be implemented.

05Third-party services

Hosting and content delivery: the website is hosted by Vercel Inc., which processes browsing data (including IP address and technical logs) as a data processor, for service delivery and security purposes.

Typefaces: the pages load fonts delivered by Google Fonts (Google Ireland Limited / Google LLC). In order to load these fonts, your browser sends a request to Google servers, which involves the transmission of your IP address.

External links: the website links to the ZENITH application and, where present, to social profiles. Any processing carried out on those destinations is governed by their respective privacy policies.

06Purposes and legal basis

Browsing data is processed to ensure the correct operation of the website, prevent abuse and maintain security. The legal basis is the controller's legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR) in providing a functioning and secure web service.

Loading typefaces serves the need to display content correctly; here too the legal basis is the controller's legitimate interest in the proper visual rendering of the website.

07Transfers outside the European Union

Some of the providers listed above are established or operate infrastructure outside the European Economic Area. Any transfer of data to third countries takes place in accordance with Articles 44 et seq. of the GDPR, on the basis of the safeguards provided by law, such as the Standard Contractual Clauses adopted by the European Commission or adequacy decisions.

08Retention period

Browsing data contained in technical logs is retained only for as long as strictly necessary for security and diagnostic purposes, except where retention is required for the investigation of unlawful acts by the competent authorities.

09Your rights

At any time you may exercise the rights set out in Articles 15-22 GDPR: access your data, request its rectification or erasure, obtain restriction of processing, object to processing based on legitimate interest, and request data portability.

To exercise these rights, simply write to calismilano@gmail.com. The controller will respond without undue delay and in any case within the time limits set by law.

10Complaint to a supervisory authority

If you believe that the processing of your data infringes applicable law, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority. In Italy this is the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (www.garanteprivacy.it).

11Changes to this policy

The controller may amend or update this policy, including as a result of legal changes or new services introduced on the website. The version published on this page is the one currently in force; the date of the last update is always shown above.
